Along the full length of the villa garden is the frond terrace, with separate steps down to the beach and water.

What Dubai villa holidays are all for - lounging in the sun! The holiday villa has 4 sun loungers and 2 day beds, so whether you have been in the pool or on your private beach, you don't have far to stumble to fall asleep.

The BBQ area has its own furniture and reclining chairs for 8, and offers spectacular views of the sunrise over the Dubai villas on the other side of the frond.

If the holiday villa pool is not big enough for your morning exercise, then how about walking down the terrace to the beach - there you have a 2km walk, before you turn the corner and walk another 2km! The beach is strictly residents only, and the chances are you have it entirely to yourself!

The frond is located directly opposite one of the two causeways that break up the crescent surrounding The Palm Jumeirah. The view from the villa down the frond is quite riviera.

If you are looking to keep toned while on holiday in Dubai, then why not put on a life jacket, drag the kayak into the sea and paddle down the frond; or alternatively, put those running shoes on and run down your own private beach!
